Old Oak House can be booked by the room or taken as a whole. Upstairs, the loft holds two twin rooms that share a shower room. Downstairs, two double rooms each have their own ensuite and kitchen facilities. Every room is cooled with portable ice air coolers — no wall-mounted air conditioning, to protect the historic oak frame.

- High Season = July–August, minimum of 5 nights.
- Low Season 1 = April, May, June — except Saturdays, which are €250, and occasional Fridays depending on local events. Please check exact prices per day are available on Booking.com.
- Low Season 2 = any day in September–March.
- Closed = 1 November – last day of February.
